Where do you ship?

Mike and Mike’s Organics ships across Canada.
 
Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes! We ship to PO boxes with Canada Post.
 
Can I track my order?

All orders placed on mikeandmikesorganics.com can be tracked. Please wait for your e-mail confirmation which will contain your tracking number.
 
How long will my order take to arrive?

All of our orders are packaged, and leave our warehouse within 48 hours of receiving the order. All orders are sent with Canada Post.
 
Do you offer free shipping?

Unfortunately at this time, Mike and Mike’s Organics does not offer free shipping.
 
How much will shipping cost me?

We have a flat rate for shipping depending on your location. Any orders being delivered inside of Central Canada will be $5.95, any orders delivered to the rest of Canada will cost $10.95.
 
I have been notified that my package has been delivered, however I did not receive it.

Please verify that the package was not accepted by anyone else living in your household.
Look for a notice of attempted delivery on your front door, or in your mailbox.
Check your community mailbox to see if the package has been placed in there.

If you still don’t have your package after completing all of the steps above, please contact us at service@mikeandmikes.com and we will take the necessary steps to trace your package.
 

Refunds and Returns

Mike and Mike’s Organics accepts requests for returns up until 48 hours after the customer has received their order. If a customer would like to return a product, they may ship it back to us at their own expense, providing that their request for return has been filed within 48 hours. Mike and Mike’s Organics does not offer refunds at this time, and will instead provide store credit.
 
I received my package, and the item I ordered is damaged.

If your package was damaged during delivery please send a picture of the damaged item, along with a brief description to service@mikeandmikes.com.
 
What if I want to return a product but the 48 hour time period has already passed?

After the 48 hour window, NO RETURNS will be accepted because of possible tampering with the product, compromising of quality and freshness, and improper handling.
